Carolyn J. Bouquot, MEd, RDN, CHC

Hi there! I’m Carolyn, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Health Coach who firmly believes in the power of nourishing food to promote optimal health and wellness.

Since becoming an RDN over 25 years ago, I have enjoyed working with food and clients in many different settings including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted-living centers, and group homes.

In 2016, I decided to start my practice- Western Reserve Nutrition. I love what I do. I specialize in helping clients discover the best ways to fuel their unique bodies to feel better physically and mentally.

It would be my honor to be your ally as you learn to fuel your body to feel better.

  • I will work with you to create a nutrition plan that is tailored to your energy needs while also incorporating your dietary preferences. With over 25 years of experience, I have many ways to make your meal plan work for you.

  • My approach is to meet you where you are at. Not all of us are trying to lose weight, and that’s okay. I believe that you can be healthy at any weight, and I want to help you achieve that.
